DELIVERY POLICY

All orders (does not apply to personalized products) are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders, fulfillment of orders may be delayed several days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)

You have 14 days to return or an item. Return goods have to be shippeed on your cost to our warehouse in Czech Republic. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. Costs of delivery will be returned only in the case of returning a defective product.
